FIT INDIA MOVEMENT

On 29 Aug 2019, the Honorable Prime Minister of India launched nation-wide "Fit India Movement" aiming to encourage people to inculcate physical activity and sports in their everyday lives and daily routine. To take this mission forward, the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports has launched Fit India School Week and Fit India School Rating to integrate Fitness as an essential part of School Education where Physical Fitness is taught and practiced, apart from home. As part of the initiative undertaken to promote Fit India Movement involving students, teachers and parents, CBSE schools are enthusiastically participating in Fit India School Week. Further the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports has prepared a system of FIT INDIA SCHOOL RATING with simple and easy parameters as detailed below for ranking of schools. The level of Fit India School Rating will depend on how much importance the school gives for inculcating Fitness among its students and teachers in addition to the facilities available for Fitness Activities

EK BARAT SHRESTHA BARAT

The Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat' programme aims to promote greater mutual understanding between people of diverse cultures living in different States and UTs in India. It is envisaged that schools affiliated to CBSE can play a pivotal role by organising programmes related to music, drama, cuisine, language, history, tourism of the state/UT paired with the state in which they are situated.

PARIKSHA PE CHARCHA 2020

Pariksha Pe Charcha is back again! After an overwhelming response to Pariksha Pe Charcha 2018 & 2019, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to interact with students for the third edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha 2020 (PPC 2020). Mr Modi will take away the stress of young students who are appearing for the board examinations and other entrance examinations. Students are advised to check all the important details about Pariksha Pe Charcha 2020 details, This is the third edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha. Narendra Modi will be interacting with students across the country regarding the forthcoming examinations. The interaction program is not just limited to students.
